Policies

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded the deposit. Late arrivals to appointments more than 15 minutes may be required to reschedule or forfeit the deposit.

It is important to adhere strictly to all care and maintenance guidelines provided by Lift & Arch, LLC for the best possible outcome of your lash extensions and/or other services provided. Failure to do so may result in damage. Any corrective services provided to fix your lashes will be at your own expense. 

Necessary precautions must be taken such as avoiding oil-based eye products and refraining from using saunas or steam rooms. 

Furthermore, if you notice any itching or irritation on or around your lashes, you should promptly contact Lift and Arch, LLC for removal. 

Additionally, waterproof mascara and an eyelash curler should not be used while wearing eyelash extensions; neither should they ever be picked, pulled or rubbed off without professional assistance.

While we will always verbally ask your permission before taking photos, no such agreement is necessary. By booking services with Lift and Arch, LLC you agree to the following:

- Lift and Arch, LLC may capture, publish, and reproduce images of our clients’ face, eyes, and eyelashes both prior to and after the procedure.

- Any retouching deemed necessary for promotional or educational purposes by either a professional or Lift and Arch, LLC is permitted.

- All copyright privileges associated with these photos for any advertising or other commercial uses along with any accompanying commentary I might provide are assigned solely to Lift and Arch, LLC.

 Understand that even with the highest level of care, getting synthetic eyelash extensions applied to and/or removed from your existing natural eyelashes comes with certain risks. These risks can include such things as as eye irritation, pain, discomfort and in rare cases even blindness. 

Adhesive material is necessary to attach the artificial lashes to your natural lashes. There may be a chance some of the adhesive material becomes dislodged during or after the procedure which could irritate your eyes or require further attention. Follow up services such as these would be at your own expense.

As part of this procedure you agree not to hold Lift and Arch, LLC responsible for any liabilities that arise as a result of having lash extensions applied or removed or from any other service offered by Lift and Arch, LLC.

In doing so, you will defend, indemnify and release them of any claims, actions, expenses, damages and liabilities including reasonable attorneys fees.
