Policies

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded the deposit. Late arrivals to appointments more than 15 minutes may be required to reschedule or forfeit the deposit.

I understand that I am responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided to me. If I experience a concerning reaction, signs of infection, significant swelling, difficulty breathing, or another medical concern, I understand that I should seek appropriate medical attention.

While we will always verbally ask your permission before taking photos, no such agreement is necessary. By booking services with Lift and Arch, LLC you agree to the following:

- Lift and Arch, LLC may capture, publish, and reproduce images of our clients’ face, eyes, and eyelashes both prior to and after the procedure.

- Any retouching deemed necessary for promotional or educational purposes by either a professional or Lift and Arch, LLC is permitted.

- All copyright privileges associated with these photos for any advertising or other commercial uses along with any accompanying commentary I might provide are assigned solely to Lift and Arch, LLC.

I understand that beauty, esthetic, lash, brow, waxing, tinting, and permanent makeup procedures may involve potential risks, including but not limited to redness, swelling, irritation, itching, sensitivity, allergic or adverse reactions, bruising, discomfort, dryness, peeling, infection, scarring, pigmentation changes, or other unexpected reactions.

For permanent makeup services, I understand that results vary from person to person and that healing, color retention, shape, symmetry, and final appearance cannot be guaranteed. Touch-ups or additional appointments may be recommended and may be subject to additional fees.

Lift and Arch LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily assume the risks associated with the service I receive and release and hold harmless Lift & Arch, its owners, artists, estheticians, contractors, employees, and representatives from claims arising from risks that are inherent or reasonably associated with the service, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be released or waived. This waiver does not eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. In doing so, you will defend, indemnify and release them of any claims, actions, expenses, damages and liabilities including reasonable attorneys fees.
